        Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Coupez les l\u00e9gumes : en tranches dans la longueur pour les aubergines et courgettes, en moiti\u00e9s pour les poivrons. Enlevez les p\u00e9pins des poivrons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin avec couvercle, ou un grand tupperware, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la marinade. Les porportions sont \u00ab\u00a0au feeling\u00a0\u00bb, il faut que ce soit un peu acide pour pr\u00e9cuire les l\u00e9gumes (d’o\u00f9 le citron ou le vinaigre). Il doit y en avoir assez pour bien recouvrir tous les l\u00e9gumes. Ajouter les herbes : retirer le bois du thym et du romain, h\u00e2cher menu les feuilles de basilic, etc. et les \u00e9pices. Inutile de saler, la sauce soja s’en chargera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        D\u00e9posez-les \u00e9tage par \u00e9tage en arrosant bien de marinade entre chaque couche. Refermer et laisser mac\u00e9rer, id\u00e9alement une nuit enti\u00e8re. Si c’est possible, secouez la boite avant de l’ouvrir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Cuisez sur une grille de barbecue \u00e0 feu vif. Plus tranches sont fines, et plus \u00e7a va vite !<\/p>\n\n\n\n
